We help organisations across Africa strengthen their security posture through managed cybersecurity services, managed detection and response (MDR), security operations centre (SOC) services, vulnerability management, Microsoft cloud solutions, SSL certificate lifecycle management, and other cybersecurity technologies.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for two ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our team.

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Prima Secure’s managed services portfolio, Microsoft licensing solutions, and SSL certificate offerings.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with experience in the IT, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology reseller industry who is comfortable managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

This role offers significant earning potential, exposure to leading global technology vendors, and a clear path for career growth within a rapidly expanding cybersecurity company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound lead management.
  • Sell Prima Secure Managed Services, including:
    • Managed SOC Services
    • Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
    • Managed Firewall Services
    • Vulnerability Management
    • Email Security Services
    • Managed Backup and Disaster Recovery
    • Security Awareness Training
  • Sell Microsoft solutions including:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Azure
    • CSP Licensing
    • Exchange Online
    • Microsoft Security Solutions
  • Promote and sell SSL Certificates, PKI solutions, and certificate lifecycle management services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and identify business challenges.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using the company CRM platform.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical pre-sales teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and solution presentations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reporting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, cybersecurity threats, Microsoft licensing updates, and emerging technologies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Relevant qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years proven sales experience within:
    • IT Solutions
    • Managed Services
    • Cybersecurity
    • Cloud Solutions
    • Technology Reseller Environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling Microsoft licensing solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions or managed services will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport will be advantageous.

The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer to help build and maintain the websites and landing pages behind our growing portfolio of cybersecurity solutions. You’ll work primarily in Webflow and WordPress + Elementor, turning designs into responsive, high-converting pages that load quickly and rank well.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one. You’ll ship work that customers actually see, with senior developers close by to review your code and help you grow. If you care about clean builds, sharp design, and pages that perform, you’ll fit right in.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow (CMS, interactions, animations) and WordPress + Elementor
  • Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Create and optimise high-converting landing pages for Google Ads and marketing campaigns
  • Apply technical and on-page SEO — Core Web Vitals, schema markup, site speed, and mobile-first design
  • Test and optimise across browsers and devices for performance and accessibility
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues quickly
  • Handle ongoing site updates, maintenance, and performance improvements
  • Work alongside designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ship great user experiences
  • Take part in code reviews and our day-to-day agile workflow

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of hands-on web development experience
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress + Elementor and Webflow — with a portfolio that shows it
  • Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Practical SEO experience (not just theory)
  • A good eye for modern design, typography, and clean, usable interfaces
  • Familiarity with Git for version control
  • Sharp attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Clear communication and a genuine willingness to learn

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with React, Vue.js, or Next.js
  • Elementor Pro and advanced WordPress plugins
  • SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
  • Performance tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights)
  • Exposure to cybersecurity or B2B marketing
  • French language skills (a real plus given our regional footprint)
